Only in the south are grooms cakes popular...and to be more specific, the infamous armadillo and occasional   wild boar, deer,or  hunters choice is created in all its red velvet glory. This is usually right near a bride's dream cake ... here are a few from the last couple of months and yes they are red velvet... Only in Texas !!
