The Billboard House is conveniently located between Greenville and Sulphur Springs, Texas on Interstate 30 in Cumby, Texas. Easy on and off access from the interstate make this an accessible location for those traveling from Dallas, Texarkana and surrounding areas. 

SATURDAY RENTAL of Facility with tables and chairs for wedding and reception with basic linens 8 hours 1200
Weekday rental for event Monday through Thursday 75 per hour - 250 for 4 hours 
Friday Rental Wedding and Reception 1000 -7 hours 
PER hour …100 per hour- daytime only 300 minimum 4 hours evening 700 minimum
